Which tenders and data do you cover?
Lithuanian public tenders, purchasing plans, market consultations and available award history since 2015, using VPT, eForms and CVP IS sources. Coverage and refresh timing vary by source and period; competition data is available from 2026 where published.
Will a predicted tender definitely happen?
No. The estimate is based on available purchase history. A buyer may purchase at a different time, use an existing agreement, or not publish a new tender. Recent award coverage can be limited. Verify announcements on the official portal.
Does AI write the bid?
No. When enough purchase history is available, AI helps assess whether an opportunity is worth your time and explains its recommendation. The assessment is currently in English. The supplier prepares the tender documents and submits the bid.
How does monitoring work?
Save a search to receive digests of new matching tenders. You can also watch suppliers and receive alerts when we record their contract wins. Alert timing depends on when the data reaches LocalData.
Does this replace CVP IS?
LocalData helps you find and assess opportunities. Official documents, deadlines and bid submission remain in the official procurement system.
