These terms govern your use of LocalData. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LocalData aggregates publicly available information about local businesses and scores them by their digital-presence gaps, to help you find and qualify outreach prospects. We are not a party to any relationship between you and the businesses you choose to contact.
You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.
The data is licensed to you for your own prospecting and outreach. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing database. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply when you contact businesses, including marketing, anti-spam and data-protection rules such as the GDPR and ePrivacy.
The information is gathered from third-party public sources and is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service, its scoring and its software are owned by LocalData. Your own account data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalData is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; we will note material changes by email or in the app, and continued use means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and the European Union. Questions: support@localdata.so.
